Currently, one aspect that would make a paid subscription worth it is… Dedicated servers.

I can’t tell yea how many second / 3rd party ( and yes even first party games ) I’ve played that have absolutely no support for dedicated servers causing the online experience to be complete shit.

Top of the list is the EA franchises. Now I dont think if this is Sony for say, or EA, or even both; but if PS plus helped get rid of the damn laggy games ive experience for the pass 7 years, it would be less heartening on me.

Well, PS Plus for PS3 looks nice, so far.
Good AAA legacies are available -yep, worth it. But What comes for PS Plus for PS4 in 2014? PS4 users soon find they are mistreated in comparison with PS3 owners. I guess Sony has to answer to this question.

Hey guys, 7yrs on XBL have really loved it but yeah have always felt that any arcade purchases etc have been a rort. But was happy enough with the console, the controller and mainly the online service as I spend most my time playing comp BF/shooters. For years I’ve thought maybe MS might give us some games. We’ve had fuck all to be frank. They’re releasing a few till launch apparently – and they’ve had in last 6mths some $5 games like Max Payne 3 but the specials are only a new thing and sometimes its not a massive saving. SOOO….here I am reading this article and I hear the PS+ FREE GAMES? this is unbelievable? how come I’ve never known this? THIS HAS REALLY SPUN ME OUT! I DONT THINK ANY OF THE BLOKES IVE BEEN GAMING WITH FOR LAST 5 YEARS OR SO KNOW OF THIS!! – in fact I don’t think many XBL people know about this…..you know we’ve just been real happy with our service, no issues, patches, updates etc. QUESTION: to anyone can answer? besides voice chat which I hear will be fixed, what other issues are known with Online/multiplayer? – why is XBL better? latency? bullet lag? disconnection? instability? lost VOIP? ….please anything you can give me gonna provide feed back to the Aussie XBL community PEACE -

Oh and I know I sounded like I’m more for Sony and honestly I am because I’ve been happy with PS3 and PS2 back in the day. Hell even PS1 playing at my friends’ houses. I never really enjoyed Xbox back in the day because I was just a kid and everyone else had PS2. Xbox also had that HUGE controller I couldn’t even use lol. But if I would have been older and as much of a gamer as I am know, I would have loved it. Xbox Live was ground breaking back then. Halo too! Then they stepped up and delivered a fantastic console at launch and I bought it and loved it but paying for Xbox Live Gold was too much and after a year I sold it and got a PS3. TBH PS3′s launch was tough. They thought it would be easy since PS2 DOMINATED last gen but they saw people would change sides because they saw the quality in Xbox 360. Now that’s exactly what’s happening but the other way around. PS3 learned and stepped up and Xbox took the bad decisions and still are. If they keep it like this, it’s gonna show in 1-2 year after launch how it’s a fail. Wish they’d loosen up on making so much money! They have too much! Give back! Even EA took the decision to take away ALL Online Passes and for good! Start small M$ but do something or else you’ll end up like Nintendo..OR WORST! Sega! Btw Sega needs to save up and come back to create an epic console at least for old times sake. One more try! So yeah I take my side more on Sony’s side but for good reason. Open your eyes people and see what M$ is doing. The best way would be to not take any side and just enjoy what’s best on the market depending on your “needs”. Hell maybe Wii U is better for you. Don’t make your friends, ads, TV or internet make you think otherwise. I know, I make part of that internet part I said but you know I’m right…hopefully.

Wow a lot of hating M$ Xbox fanboys. Don’t know why they bother to comment on PS4 articles. If you hate or dislike it, don’t waste your time on it. Most of you hating trolls didn’t even read all the article to begin with. Besides votings all around the web show people prefer PS4 for good reasons. M$ took greed to another level! Above EA! Xbox Live was good in terms of quality of online but PSN wasn’t bad at all and FREE! Hell it’s always been free on other consoles and PC! Why pay for it? Consumers need to get their shit straight. You give your money to these corporations just because you follow a brand. I love Sony but if they were offering same deal as Xbox Live, I would disagree to pay for it. If you’re a M$ fan or Sony fan, you’re still being a sheep! You should choose based on quality of what you’ll be using. Don’t buy it because they made you think you need it. Pay if you actually want it! Many people are casual gamers so PS+ isn’t for them. They don’t need so many games thrown at them. They wanna play 1-2 games, that’s it. But it’s optional on PS3 and PS Vita. Xbox Live Gold was never optional. I meanit is but you loose too much. Look PS4 clearly is better in every aspect but the aspect we should concentrate on is what they deliver and what I’ll be using and if what I’ll be using will be better on PS4 or Xbox One. If you play casually and wanna watch TV and use modern technology, buy Xbox One (if you have the money). If you want a console concentrated more on gaming, take a look at PS4. PS4 is offering more games, good titles, good variety, cheaper console and PS+! But like I said that might not be for everyone. Stop hating on a console for it’s look and stupid shit like that. Btw PS4 is smaller and lighter. I’ve hated M$ in the last couple of years with Windows and Xbox 360 all about money. They weren’t exactly great to begin with since Bill Gates did lots of shameful things years ago with Windows but they did excellent with Win XP. But it’s all about money. Sony too but I feel like they treat their consumers better. M$ expects you to keep buying and insult you directly and indirectly. Did love the games on Xbox One though
